Rent Structure :
1. Single Person: Room without furniture- Rent 8500
2. Single Person: Room with furniture(almarih + bed)- Rent 9500
3. Double Person: Room without furniture- Rent 10000
4. Double Person: Room with furniture(almarih + bed)- Rent 12,000
Additional Notes:
1. Every Room will have a sub meter and room's Electricity Bill is not included in the rent.
